Healthy eating on FODMAP diet

When modifying your eating habits to lower your FODMAP consumption, it’s crucial to maintain proper nutritional balance. Consuming an adequate amount of food from each of the primary food categories is essential to meet your nutritional requirements.

Eating fruits on FODMAP diet

At least 2 serves of fruits should be consumed per day. Those can be an orange, 2x mandarins, kiwis, or a cup of grapes, strawberries, pineapple etc. See more fruits

Dairy products on FODMAP diet

At least 2 serves of milk, yoghurt, or cheese should be consumed per day. It is recommended to use lactose-free options. An addition to diary products, a cup soy milk made from soy protein is also an alternative.

Vegetables on FODMAP diet
